Refunds

Whole cakes and tarts are refundable until 48 hours before the agreed pickup time. Contact us with your name, order number and pickup date before that deadline. After the deadline, ingredients and baking time are already assigned to your order, so we cannot refund a cancellation.
Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire. Keep the email code so you can use the remaining balance on a later visit.
If we pack the wrong item or miss something from your order, call (860) 555-0142 or email hello@example.com with your order number and what happened. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items. A photo helps if an item arrived damaged.
